Let's Meet
Hi I am Vicki Gazis
My role as a Parent, Educator and Lecturer has allowed me to have a practical and theoretical overview of children in a early years settings. I started my journey with Stepping Forward Early Years Consultancy because l became frustrated with the fact that educators and families need more support and different approach. My focus with families is to provide them with a plan to step forward with their child and to have the ability to put forth further assistance have it be assessment or practical social support.

As a lecturer l have visited many early years services where staff want more of a personal approach and professional development in a variety of areas. It may be how to explore children's voices in your program, partnerships with families or achieving the right aesthetics in your environment.
